Information we collect
When you create an account we store your email via Supabase Auth. Checkout collects delivery contacts, addresses, and cart selections so we can fulfil orders. Online payments are processed by Razorpay; we never store card or UPI PIN data on GamlaGhar servers.
How we use data
Contact details power dispatch notifications and customer support. Order history helps track warranties or returns. Aggregated analytics may be used to improve catalogue merchandising — never sold to unrelated advertisers.
Retention & security
Transactions remain available to you while your account is active. Razorpay retains payment artefacts per RBI guidelines. Access to operational databases is restricted to administrators via Supabase policies.
Your choices
Email chainlinks.in@gmail.com to request corrections or deletion where legally permissible. COD shoppers still need dispatch contacts until an order closes.
