Dispatch

Orders confirmed via Razorpay or COD typically ship within two business days from Delhi. High-demand drops may extend handling slightly — we email tracking IDs whenever logistics partners provide them.

Shipping fees

Standard courier charges appear at checkout. Standard shipping rules apply; remote PIN codes may incur additional rider fees communicated before packing.

Damages

Plastic planters can crack if mishandled in transit. Inspect parcels on delivery and note visible damage with the courier when possible. Email photos within 48 hours to chainlinks.in@gmail.com — we ship replacements when inventory allows or refund component amounts after verification.

Returns

Because planters are bulky, discretionary returns apply only for unused inventory with seals intact within seven days. COD refunds route via bank transfer once goods arrive back at our studio; Razorpay refunds follow gateway SLAs.
